The room lacked trash receptacles; the faucets were very tight...you had to tug hard to get the water flowing...the door handle of the door leading to the patio was broken disallowing exit to the patio. The staff were very nice. We checked in late and finding the building that included our room was very difficult...the area needs more lighting...we saw a person walking, stopped and asked them as to the location of our building...she knew and pointed us to the entrance. On a happier note, I left my electric toothbrush in the room and after filling out the hotel's "left in the room" form, they are sending it back...course I have to pay $39 to have it shipped.
