The stay at Aqua resort was unpleasant. The toilet was emitting a terrible smell from the floor trapping which was repaired the next day. However, the smell subsided for a day, then worsened, this time from the toilet bend connector(see attached picture) which was torn. Other guests in the adjacent apartment complained of the same issue. Upon reporting the issue to the management, they promised to send a plumber the next day but never did throughout the 12 days stay. All this while, the management did not communicate on the status of the repair. Yet, it was simple fix of replacing the toilet bend. The management only offered changing to another apartment on the ground floor which was not better either, as it was noisy due to its proximity to the gate and the parking and with limited privacy.
The kitchen facilities are wanting. The cooking pots are old and not fit for purpose (see attached picture). Additionally, the cutlery provided was rusty (see attached picture) the management did not bother to have them cleaned before check in.
The internet coverage is patchy and intermittent. There’s no infrastructure to support adequate signal coverage. Yet it blames the network providers as per the placard (see attached picture).
The management also failed to address a missing coat from the apartment. I politely notified the management to check whether it was picked by mistake,since its white like the bed linen. To date, I have not heard from the property management.
