Disastrous Laundry Service
I sent two blouses and a dress for dry cleaning, but they were stuffed into a laundry bag, crumpled, and improperly washed instead.
• One blouse shrank, making it unwearable.
• The dress had iron marks and smelled bad.
• Garments were creased and mishandled.
When I raised the issue, staff repeatedly insisted they only dry clean jackets and pants, despite listing dry cleaning for other garments. Instead of informing me, they damaged my clothes.
The manager, Babita Butola, offered no resolution, only waiving the laundry fee—no compensation for ruined garments. Worse, when I was unavailable, the hotel contacted my customer to reach me, an appalling breach of professionalism.
At check-out, they still tried to charge me for laundry, causing further delays.
Final Verdict: Avoid at All Costs
he lack of accountability, poor service, and refusal to take responsibility make this hotel an absolute NO for both business and leisure travelers.
If you are considering staying here—DON’T.
