This hotel just came under new ownership and it shows. Horrible customer service. Beware, you may not recieve the room you booked and they care zero about that.

It’s not the greatest and there’s a smell that stays in the hallway that is horrible. The couch had stains so we didn’t even sit on it. But if you are like us and just slept there it’s definitely doable.

Room was very clean but the permanent stains on the couch and the carpet were disgusting. When furniture is gross, you get rid of it. This property needs a complete renovation or a tear-down and a fresh start. Had I paid $150 to stay here, I might have excused it. But I paid twice that, which is criminal.

Entire hotel including rooms has an overwhelming sent of curry as the owners live throughout the property. Over half of the people staying are refugees or illigals. Soccer being played in hallways and in the parking lot. Cleaning staff is aggressively unfriendly. Breakfast is but a few uneatable items. Lots of loitering in the staircases and exit doors.

This property is old & dated . That I can live with. I cannot live with Pubic hairs in the bathtub . The sheets are stained & smell like old men in addition the pillows . There is grime on the headboard and in the back , walls floors stained . and I’m petrified I’ll get bed bugs . I have a flight tomorrow and it’s too late to change hotels . It was prepaid and due to conventions and zero vacancies anywhere this was my only choice in the area. If it wasn’t 40* outside id sleep in my car, I’ll know better next time, cleanliness is everything especially in fall flu season and covid returning . The entire hotel smells of ethnic food and it’s nauseating . Coming from a Marriott where bleach prevailed this place is a dump . I’ve been in better motel 6’s . I better not get bed bugs . Please beware staying here you don’t get mersa .

The walls seemed paper thin, we heard noise from above and to the sides of our room late into the night. Worse than I’ve ever experienced.

Just an uneasy vibe as you walk down the halls. Smelled like people were cooking in their rooms. Rooms seem to be full but barely any cars in the lot. Took a $100 security deposit at check in and feel the need to closely watch my credit card to make sure it is credited back.

Meh....not great but passable

Gave us single bed when Deluxe 2 Queen was booked. They did accomodate by giving us 2 rooms but the second room had both windows open to the cold and the bottom of 1 window was still tilted out as if being cleaned. Breakfast provided was so-so and not many options for healthy breakfast. Not sure why there was a security guard on premises, but that made us very uneasy. Only stayed 1 night luckily.
