This is my 8th stay at this hotel. It has always been my “GO TO”. However, after 6 phone calls to the front desk and the reservations line, talking to 2 different representatives, having calls disconnected and being put on hold for a total of 90min. FREEZING in -27c weather without the wind chill. I finally was able to reach someone at the front desk who would send the shuttle to the airport. 2 HOURS after my waiting the shuttle arrived. The driver was amazing, friendly, and very considerate of the extremely cold weather. There was no apology or acknowledgement or compensation from the front desk staff on my arrival. If the staff that are responsible for answering the phone refuse to answer, then possibly amongst their list of options of number pushing they could have a direct line for the shuttle.
