Very nice stay in a dorm room, easy to get to and from the O2. Ignore the signs saying they only clean if you order it, they clean every day and take towels left on the hooks in the bathroom without replacing them.

Didn’t expect the room to be as big as it was for the price we paid. And lots of towels given which was amazing! Comfy beds and sheets. My son loved the bunk beds and the privacy curtain

My stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and lovely decor. Bed was so big and we had a lovely river view. Staff we're friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was nice, a good selection. The only negative is the parking is so expensive, £25 for 1 night!! We parked on the street outside as its free Saturday and Sunday's. I will admit, it put me off at 1st this place being named as an hostel but it is more like a hotel. All in all, a lovely stay. We will be back

The room was nice but the bed was a small double with only one pillow each which wasn’t very comfortable for two adults, there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and not even a cup or a glass to drink tap water from, and the breakfast was terrible for the price. No bacon, no tomatoes, no mushrooms, no fried or scrambled egg, and the food what was there was stone cold

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel put on a ferry service over to Canary Wharf, which we used a lot and worked well. The room was clean and all amenities were there, complete with lovely views of the river and Canary Wharf. Breakfast was tasty, parking was easy and cheaper than other areas. Would 100% recommend the hotel.
