Generally excellent, but.....

The hotel was located in an area with good transport links. I found occasionally it was difficult in my chair with static electricity. I would suggest maybe a couple of handrails in the bathroom to make it a little more accessible, and a bath with a shower is not helpful for someone who has to use a Powerchair. It's also a bit tricky to leave the room in your chair at times. There was much to enjoy about the room, but it could have been tailored a little more towards my needs. I had written to the hotel about a couple of issues, butdid not get replies. The restaurant staff were always kind and helpful. The wifi was occasionally a bit hit or miss.

The hotel needs an upgrade, my room did smell of smoke and carpet was not vacuumed everywhere. Every morning at breakfast, I had to queue for 15 min before a table was available. Besonders beunruhigend war jedoch, dass ich in Zimmer 659 von Bettwanzen gebissen wurde. Unter diesen Umständen kann ich eine Buchung dieses Hotels nicht empfehlen.

Der Fahrstuhl zum Wellness Bereich war defekt. Mein Vater mit Rollator konnte deshalb nicht mit zum Schwimmen bzw. Sauna. Das war sehr schade. Ansonsten war es super!
