Cuando llegue al hotel NO me dieron la habitación que supuestamente había reservado Expedia, por lo que me dijeron que mejor buscara otro hotel. Por lo que solicité a Expedia mi reembolso y estoy esperando respuesta de ustedes. La explicación que me dio el hotel es que desde hace 4 meses no había cupo y aún así me Expedia me confirmó la reservación!!!! Tengan cuidado con este tema para que NO se lleven sorpresa después de un largo viaje y NO tengan hotel!!!!! Seguiré en redes sociales dando más detalles de mi travesía con el reembolso…

El hotel es un hotel sencillo y funcional sirve perfecto si solo buscas un lugar para dormir La habitación estaba bastante bien con su aire acondicionado. Tu automovil lo estacionas a fuera de tu cuarto y pues lo ves desde la ventana. El hotel esta a unas cuadras de la plaza de armas de Gomez Palacios.Es una buena ubicacion. El unico inconveniente es que en la parte de atras del hotel como a 1-2 cuadras hay como un encierro de vagones de tren y entre 2 y 3 de la mañana suenan las bocinas del tren porque los estan moviendo. Eso ya no esta en control del hotel pero si tienen sueño muy ligero si será un inconveniente porque el sonido es fuerte.
