The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Loved their positive welcoming attitudes after a 2 hour drive. The property was clean, easy parking and it’s surrounded by a number of places to eat and a Walmart about less than half a mile up the road. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the room smelled like dirty, smelly feet. Specifically the couch. I only stayed 1 night, we were with 2 under 10 and a teenager. and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of asking for another room - not even sure of that was an option. I ended up covering the sofa with a blanket I travel with, to cover up the smell. It was also a learning listening to bring Lysol spray with me from now on. Also, I wanted to mention that the sofa was not a pull out mattress, nor was it a trundle as the room flyers stated, so that was also disappointing. Again, the staff was absolutely amazing and would probably be the only reason why I would return..
