Great stay!! Lobby and elevators area was under construction, but the beautiful rooms made up for any inconvenience. So spacious, modern and nice! We are looking forward to stay here again! Very friendly staff.

It is my fault. I did not know where Hyatt Place fell in the food chain of hotels. It is kind of like Hampton or Holiday Inn Express, except a bit lower. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more. The bedding was great. The towels were great. The carpet was fine. The shower was fine. The shower/toilet area was a bit cramped.

There were 2 false fire alarms over our 4 day stay. One at 9:30pm and the other at 6am. Due to the kitchen burning something. Hard to get a good nights sleep on vacation when you’re interrupted like that and have to gather the kids up and exit the hotel. I understand accidents happen but twice in 4 days. Needless to say i was exhausted during our stay. Won’t be staying there again.
