Poor service
I was supposed to have a room with a king bed and I got a room with 2 double beds. The TV was not working in the room and it had carpet on the floor. The next morning, I hit the breakfast lounge and the clerk there bring me my bill…28$ for myself. I check on hotels.com and the breakfast was at 15$ for 2 persons. I show that to the clerk there and he says that I had to select that option when I reserved the room.

Pleasant Stay
My stay in Four Points by Sheraton was very pleasant. I have a comfortable sleep of more than 8 hrs. The reception was very warm. i did not get the name of the guy when I check in and but when J check out it was Prashant i believe - both were friendly. The hotel may be old but the cleanliness and well maintained are really impressive

The hotel was excellent! However Hotels.com was disappointing as my reservation could not be found, I was placed on hold for 2 hours & finally when I received a callback the agent disconnected our call. We had to call the Sheraton directly & they confirmed our reservation. If that is the best hotels.com can do I can do better with other companies
