We stayed for a family wedding in late September. We were NOT advised before arrival that nearly all of the common areas were under construction. No one was ever at the front desk, the hallways looked like decor from a haunted house and you could not use the main entrance for the entirety of our stay. When we tried to tell the front desk staff of our concerns, she laughed and asked if we'd looked at the website, which allegedly detailed the work being done. It does not identify ANY construction to the property. We also attempted to contact the hotel through the Hotels.com messaging app for information prior to arrival, but they never answer.
The room itself was OK. The A/C was loud, and the room was not cleaned or made up during our 2 night stay. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so everything was always damp for hours after a shower.
For about $30 a night more you can stay at thr Hampton Inn and get breakfast included. Go there.
