My review is a bit subjective, so take that as you will. My biggest gripe is the lack of climate control. There is only heat due to a boiler system. We were on the 3rd floor and our room was just hot. 75+. We kept a window open (in late January) the entire time but the relief it provided was negligible. When wer wee outside and noticed that most of the other rooms had their windows open as well, so it wasn't just us. It was just uncomfortable.
As for the rooms, they were clean. The beds were not queens...full sized at best, even though advertised as queens. They were also very firm and the pillows were thick and dense as well. If you want a very firm bed and pillows, this will not bother you. But two days here left our back and necks stiff and butts sweaty.
I wouldn't come back, but the staff was friendly and breakfast good. It was just uncomfortable.
