The only complaint I can come up with is the prices on the snacks and drinks. A small personal microwave pizza shouldn't cost 10 dollars nor should a regular candy bar or bottle drinks cost 4 to 5 dollars each. Not everyone has that much of a disposable income. Besides that, it's an excellent hotel.
