Not an hotel, don’t go!
After 5-6 hrs of travel, checking in, hotel takes your luggage to deliver to your room, which is only possible after 3 verbal, 2 phone requests.
At 9 pm, all of us are asleep, door bell rings twice. I rush to the door, housekeeping; just randomly going into rooms without checking if occupied or not; at night time, while we are sleeping.
They apologize but continue to do the same.
Wait, there is more.. They don’t change sheets or pillows; dust everywhere..
I understood this building; it has a fancy restaurant, some wedding/conference sections and a hideaway bar and hundreds of rooms. They don’t want the rooms, they want to have nicely dressed people in the restaurant, lined up; instead of me walking around in shorts and slippers.
While leaving, they asked for about 150£ instead of 100£.. Donation and service charges are cancelled after rejection..
