The room is clean, the front desk staff were the only ones that we had any contact with, we did not utilize the continental breakfast, nor the hot tub. The property was clean, the room was clean except for a couple hairs.In the bathroom that didn't belong to us. Might want to suggest a little bit more scrubbing on some of the bathroom. Sink area, and that little piece that goes over to the shower. Other than that it was great

The rooms were old and I can live with that but that meant no microwave available en suite (no public microwave except during breakfast), no closets to hang up clothes and the the safe was broken and you have to take your valuables with you when you leave. There was no internet or, at least, we weren't offered a wifi password. There is only maid service every third day - which is OK unless you're staying there 6 days like we were - and the room description does not mention that. While the room was very clean, the hotel in general seemed dirty. The breakfast a white toast, a few bagels, toaster waffles and cold cereal. There was plenty of OJ, yogurt and milk. The coffee was plentiful at all hours and very good. Also, there was a bus running in the parking lot all night long every night we were there.

Our stay at Super8 was very comfortable and quiet. Although they only have one elevator and it was slow, it was okay. We love the shuttle service the best. We were able to get to/from the Mall of America and straight to the airport without a long wait.
