In order to get clean towels, you had to bring your dirty ones down to the check-in counter. Breakfast poor quality, replenishing of empty food containers, lacking proper timing. Food trays would be empty and they were very slow in refilling them for guests . The lobby and dining area air conditioning was either turned off or sat at a very warm temperature, which was uncomfortable. Rooms and common areas were clean, however, the small elevator had a tasteful odor.
