Friendly service, nice rooms, no elevators

Front desk lady was very nice, no working elevators, a lot of weird smells, no breakfast as advertised. Rooms were clean and as the picture stated.

Lobby filthy. Receptionists was rude, uninformed, and either on meds or alcohol. No manager on site only a phone that was never answered. The absolute worst hotel I have ever experienced. I travel and spend over 150 nights a year in hotels

There was no warning for this!

A $100 deposit was required up front. There was no hot water, heat, or AC "due to repairs." The desk clerks were decent but I could tell they'd about had it. The site said "free breakfast" but there was none. We only stayed one night. The property is old and battle-scarred it seemed.

There was no grab & go breakfast as was mentioned on the booking site. Staircases smelled like urine. Hallways smelled like weed. Toilet was dirty and also had hair on toilet seat when I checked in and the the thermostat was difficult to work in order to get the right temperature and therefore it was blowing out cold air instead of hot for heat.

Prior to check in I r placed three calls to confirm the reservation never could reach desk person call the hotels.com spoke with three different people stating that I could not reach anyone at the front desk to confirm check in they prompted me to call back later saying that the attendant was doing a security walk through after arriving at hotel found out that the hotels is being renovated this is 12:30 in the morning an inconvenience nightmare...... caledl this morning everyone is passing the blame!!!!!!

Elevators dirty bathroom dirty room smelled like paint. Our window would'nt lock. No breakfast or a a grab and go bag. One site said free breakfast other site said grab and go. Night receptionist very nice daytime person was annoyed caused we asked for coffee cups. Not a good morning or can i help you we had to stand at the desk for about 15 minutes to check out.

Very disappointed with this property. Place is not well kept, rooms and hall way smell like urine. I asked for manager and nobody ever followed up after voicing issue. Coffee was cold, the was no creamer and what they call breakfast included was a muffin / breakfast bar. Do not recommend!!

No one at the front desk My toilet was stopped the first day and I was given a plugger that didn’t work then I was given another one I couldn’t get it unstuck The night manager came and got it working it was over flowing. I booked here because I was traveling from out of state for several days and desired a location with a hot breakfast daily. Despite advertising, this location DID NOT have ANY breakfast options. The air conditioning unit did not work properly unless the windows were open. The property is unclean. No one is at the front desk overnight and there is no security day or night; the property goes on "lockdown" from 6 pm to 6 am. The manager is limited on customer service training and simply takes payments, hands out keys, and makes excuses- in that order.

Not again.

When i was trying to check in. I stood at the front desk for 15 mins and no one was there. I ended up calling the hotel for someone to come to the front desk. I finally got my room and then the pillow was no clean. It had makeup on it. So i went back to the desk to ask for a new pillow case and had to wait again. She finally came back and then didnt believe me about the pillow. So she went to the with me to the room so i could show her the pillow. So i showed her the pillow and she finally decided to change the pillow case
