We arrived on Friday afternoon. We were greeted by the front desk staff whom were pleasant and helpful check in was a breeze. The room was clean it was smaller than I expected then again this was New York. Bed was comfy the only thing was the pillows they are the kind that are really puffy then when you lay your head down they just sink in to nothing so you end up laying on the bed even thought there's a pillow. The other thing to take into consideration is the night life. I read reviews and said to myself oh I won't need ear plugs I can sleep through anything. I stand corrected bring ear plugs bring 2 pair in case the first ones don't work. Over all we would stay there again. It was very convenient and right off the times square strip. You have access to everything.
