The hotel is in a great position and we had a wonderful room overlooking Lake Windermere it was therefore handy for the facilities of Bowness, ALL the staff were friendly and very helpful, with a special mention to Phil and Ali, our only criticism is that the bar does not have enough variety of draught beers/lagers. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.

We absolutely love The Belsfield, it has a special place in our heart and memories. We have been lucky enough to stay there for the last few years and even have our favourite room. From the staff , the service and location, it is absolutely perfect. My personal /family life has been hard with parents health the last few years, so when we are able to we go.
