Many usual supplies were not stocked, staff apologized for not having many things. It was clean and staff very nice. Changed rooms twice because the heaters not working, breakfast was more limited than during Covid days.

We had an issue with our first room (security latch was broken) and staff did not hesitate to make it right by putting us in a different room. This hotel is under construction, do not offer anything, also very strange that I only saw the receptionist once, when I checked in on Saturday morning, the whole weekend nobody was at the desk, a little bit scary that anyone can just get inside of the hotel, no security at all. Carpet was nasty, very bad smell in the room, shower was broken, and I can continue naming things, I honestly didn’t change to another hotel because I can’t afford to lose my money for cancellation, but I definitely will not come back here.
