This hotel has seen better days to be honest! If you book early and get a cheap deal, then you can't complain. We booked a few days before we stayed (because our work associates were staying there) and paid full price. When been offered a king-size bed, I didn't expect it to be two beds pushed together like in cheaper hotels! The breakfast was ok for £10 but nothing special. All the staff were very friendly and eager to help.

Stay was good. I would recommend to anyone. Hotel is close to the high road and about 10mins walk from the station. Think it has a very small car park but there are other parking facilities close by. Room was clean and tidy and the staffs were very helpful. Nice buffet breakfast also. Only critisim will be hotel still has logo of best western at the top so was confusing to find at first and no Air conditioning unit

Very disappointed with this place. Staff were lovely and the room was spotless, however, the lift was broken and I was on the third floor. I have chronic arthritis and this was a nightmare also for the poor housekeeping team who have to carry all linens etc up many flights of stairs. It was also very difficult to find as the outside has one tiny sign, not like what is on the website!!! Building inside is also shabby.
