When we checked in, we found the door to our room (264) propped open, bed not made, rug not vacuumed, towels not refreshed; we asked for a different room; it (256) was not vacuumed, had wet washcloth in the tub, towels not refreshed, and a disgustingly filthy refrigerator/freezer interior. We moved to a different hotel and Expedia refunded our money.
