Staff was nice, but when I reported my leaking window and resulting wet carpet, it was ignored. I could hear the rain dripping g on the carpet. Room smelled very damp and musty for the two days we were there. Hotel is too expensive for condition. Bistro staff were great, but food is limited and overpriced. Location was the best part of our stay. We were close to campus and airport.

Really the worst check in experience we have had in years. Needed to come back twice as the room was not ready. Both the person at the desk and the manager were dismissive of the room not being ready. No coupon for the restaurant etc. to make thinks right.
