We stayed 2 nights here we made it a pit stop to mt Rushmore and spent the day at the omaha zoo it was a great stay the breakfast was delicious, bed was comfy, and we like cookies we got were delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Good local area, great restaurant, comfy beds. Hair dryer was so dirty it was unusable, and the shower curtain isn't enough to hold back water. The water pooled in the bathroom and entry way of my room. It would be great if the bathrooms were updated.

Not the best-Not the worst

There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. The grout in the shower either had mold forming or it was not clean. I returned at the end of the day on my last night there. Housekeeping didn't pick up the dirty towels and replace them with clean towels. The trash was full. I had made the bed myself. it was not what I expect when I stay at a Doubletree Hilton. What made it worse I that I came in after 9 pm and didn't feel like messing with their incompetence. They offered me breakfast the next morning to make up for it but I politely declined as I don't care for breakfast. All I wanted was to get in at the end of the day and not have to hassle with anything. The carpet was not in good condition. It was shredding and frayed at the transition points. There was also a stain or two.

The room was dingy and carpet was stained/dirty. Bathroom walls were warped and the shower pressure was awful. Toilet made a strange sound after you flushed. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean!

This is a convenient location but it is old and my carpet was a frayed and the tiles were old were dirty grout. It desperately needs updating. It's clean as it can be but not what I'd expect of a Hilton property. I'm a Hilton Honors member and expect better from Hilton.
