Worst front desk service
The front office manager is the worst front office clerk I’ve ever encountered and I have stayed at several of La Quinta Inn properties in a number of states. She is incompetent, rude, uninformed of front desk etiquettes. She gives the La Quinta brand a bad rep. She should be at the back desk where she is not in contact with guests. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. She lets the phone ring for the longest time then she put me on hold for more than 10 minutes then she hung up on me. Twice! She knows nothing about good customer service that La Quinta promises to deliver to every guest. She doesn’t care.
And she didn’t give me her real name on the phone. When I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. The name on the card is not what she told me on the phone. She knew she was incompetent and lazy.
She should be demoted. I have stayed at multiple more expensive hotels and I always received excellent service. I will never stay at that La Quinta hotel ever again.
