It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion.

Michelle, the booking host was wonderful to communicate. She helped me line up information so that I could have deliveries made for our dates of stay, and ensured we had a ground level villa closer to the pool as I was travelling alone with my little ones. Kenney, at the pool was so good to both of my children whom jumped in on the morning aquasize. Staff was friendly, housekeeping was great, and the list of daily activities at the pool reminded me why I’d prefer to stay here over an all-inclusive Mexican resort any day. There was so much to do, and so many prizes for the kids as well. Great menu options at the pool was a selling point. All requests handled via text access given upon checkin. I certainly plan to be back. Thanks SDO!
