"Our stay at JA Ocean View Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We travelled as a family of four—2 adults and 2 small children—and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
Although we experienced a very minor issue with our original room, the hotel handled it brilliantly and upgraded us to an amazing suite. This was such a thoughtful gesture and truly exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, spotless, and offered breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our stay in comfort.
A special mention must go to Aseef from the restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our every request. His attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to ensuring our family had the best experience made a real difference to our stay. He is a true asset to the hotel. The same goes for all other members of staff we interacted with. Especially James, Hutu, Renuka and Thea.
