Check in was at 3:00, I started check in at 2:50. When I paid my$50 deposit on the room, I was told my room would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before going to my room and nothing was ready. No linens, table/counters were not cleaned and the floor was still dirty. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. They had to verify if it was okay to give me and my 2 children a room to check into since another party hadn't arrived. That took another 30 minutes. We had somewhere to be at 4:00 SHARP. We received another room, when we got inside our 2nd room, the beds were very hard, 2 towels for 1 adult and 2 children (which was stated on my reservation), no batteries in the A/C remote, the hot water for the shower took 3-5 minutes to heat up, and multiple times we called the front desk to inform them of the people above us making so much noise and stomping that it was shaking the light fixtures and pictures on the wall. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be staying at this location again. Which is very disheartening because it was convenient to our destination, but not family/customer friendly at all. Along with the other issues, I had to take the trash out, get my own replacement towels, rags (etc.) and the vending machine took my change when we went later at night. This was by far the worst experience I have had staying at a hotel.
