The property has been clean. I stayed here for several times. This time i also chose Henn na to stay for one week, unfortunately very BAD experience when i had an overcharged issue.
When i checked out, i found the actual paid fee overcharged, different from the fee when i booked via Expedia. I was sure i didn't use any extra service. So I asked for hotel's staff's help to clarify the bill and emailed me why $40.19 more and refund. No hotel's reply until now, even though i tried to leave the message both on Expedia and Henn na hotel's own website. NO ONE ANSWERS ME WHY THE FEE OVERCHARGED. So sad, there is no hotel's staff wants to solve the issue. JUST ignore me.
And Expedia staff told me they have no authority to refund, nothing they could do, because i chose to pay at property, not via Expedia system. In this case, Expedia still couldn’t explain why Henn na overcharged me $40.19. I felt disappointed about it as well. Expedia should guarantee the price while members book, if Expedia can’t, why should members book via Expedia? I want an explanation, just “Oh, sorry, we tried. But nothing could do”
