Excellent hotel. Stayed with family, the room was clean and big, breakfast brilliant. Only negative was the check in process took a while and I got the impression the staff were having to deal with a system that wasn’t great. Staff were all friendly and helpful

OK Stay, room size alright and bed OK but furniture scuffed. Could not check in a bit early when we arrived. Pool is good. Nothing special and overpriced considering location.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. The check in & out process was straightforward and I liked the fact that I could communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp if we had any issues. We were very happy with the size of our room and the amenities. Pool and spa is a great bonus. Good location if you’re visiting the O2.

Lovely stay in a quad room for us and our daughter. Very welcoming and friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely pool where we could relax. Comfortable beds and lovely hotel interiors. Well placed for the cable car, which we followed with a boat ride to Canary Wharf for the afternoon. Will definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel and room was immaculate. We made use of the swimming pool and sauna, also lovely. I called ahead to organise a birthday surprise and the reception colleagues were so helpful and very attentive. A great hotel with very easy transport links to the O2 Arena.

Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again.
