This is a low cost hotel that is located near the airport near about a dozen or so other hotels up and down Elm Hill Pike. Stayed here for a few nights. Rooms were clean. Certain aspects of the hotel were pretty beat up...carpet stains, furniture in the breakfast area very much past their prime. But again, this hotel will cost less than most in the area.

After coming in from a very long day traveling and a not so great experience with another hotel, I was so impressed with how warm, friendly, and welcoming the owner was upon arrival. He even brought out extra towels at the pool! The room was spacious and affordable - important details for me. I'll use this hotel again, and recommended it.

Location was good, the room was large and clean, the breakfast area was tired and needed a clean or a renovation. Basic breakfast, coffee etc was ok included in the price.

The convience of this property was top notch., There was a restaurant so we didn’t have to leave the premises for supper. We also had shuttle to the airport which was a plus. The front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful in getting us checked in.

The room was okay. Bed was comfortable however towels provided had mascara and hair in them. No sheets were provided for the pull out sofa and they told us they couldn't get them for us. Breakfast was sub par. Coffee machine was disgusting. Staff acted like any need was an inconvenience.

Although the place was conveniently located near the airport and they provided a shuttle the room had a few problems that the staff tried to fix. If you are in town for a day or two this place is good for that. The onsite restaurant was ok but they did not take your to go orders correctly. The breakfast provided by the hotel made up for it and that was the highlight for me.
