Dirty unsafe roaches terrible absolutely terrible experience didn’t even stay there stayed less than an hour after paying for early check in after a 15 hour drive will be filing complaint with health department

The room was dark, inadequate lighting, strong odor, the refrigerator looked like it was from 1970’s with stains all over, The bed squeaks with every turn…This must be a one star hotel…. I regret paying hundreds of dollars for this dump.

Not impressed
The staff was friendly, the ocean view was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Other than that, i dont have much nice to say. I dont usually leave bad reviews, but... the property was very outdated, there was trash everywhere, and the pools were disgusting. The room was something like an escape room, once you could get in. We spent 2 days waiting on staff and their master key every time we needed in because our door was messed up. Once in, the kitchenette had ZERO pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, etc.. there were no ice trays, trash cans or coffee pots in the room and the microwave was covered in unidentifiable food from several previous families. The main room was colder than the refrigerator(which didnt take much) and the other room was a terrarium. We shared a remote for both TVs but at least there were TVs, I guess. You needed Hulk to open the balcony door and we almost got sea sick on the toilet. Apparently it was a requirement to slam all doors at all hours so that your neighbors knew when you were coming and going. We were thankful that my husband is on level 546 of parking jam on his phone, because it was very helpful when trying to get in and out of the lot. I could go on, but needless to say that was our first and last stay at South seas. The staff was very apologetic, but that wasnt a cure for the frustration and headache.

The fact that all of the hotel on this trip if not open 24 hours trips me out because it's on the beachfront property they should put in the closet that they close at 12:00 so you have to be checked in before 12:00 am

Very convenient as it is less than 2 minutes walking distance from the beach and the hotel has a pull to relax after the beach.

Poor customer service, no parking only one parking pass even then still had no where to park. They had my golf cart towed for no reason, roach infested, didn’t do no room service only had 2 towels for 4 guests. Ceiling was leaking on to bed room floor definitely would never stay or recommend to my worst enemy…

We had a great stay. The rooms were very nice and the facility was great. Everything was excellent, except i wish it had a drink and/or snack machine. Other than that it was a great stay!

It was dirty and unappealing. Also, over a week later we have not received our deposit back. They stated that they released it but I called my bank and it has not been credited. Now, I have to file a fraud case.

I called the office and informed them i couldnt get there until 1 am. I was informed when i arrived that I had to pay an additional $100 deposit plus an extra $30 a day. I called expedia and they called South Seas hotel and i was told i had to pay the extra money and i went to the office and they had closed the office. I had to wait in the parking lot until the office opened at 9 am. When they opened I was told that i was a no show and I couldnt have a refund. I have not gotten my money back yet

I have some health issues and the convenience of the room being on first floor was great. The office staff were so friendly and kind. When asking a young man for essentials he let me know I needed to contact housekeeping and not him. He had a cart filled with items !!! No one came to offer so my son went to locate trash bags, towels, tissue, etc. It was a quiet stay and again very convenient for someone like me who has had total knee replacement. No steps, elevators, no struggle to get to the beach, to the pool, or to the car. I will stay here again next year if the price is right with much hope of housekeeping doing a bit better at cleaning.
