The view was very nice and the kitchen area was clean. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Daily room service was not provided during my stay, and access to the residence floor seemed quite unrestricted, which may raise some security concerns. There was also a noticeable odor coming from the sink in the room, and the bathroom drain appeared to be clogged, causing water to accumulate during showers. The technical team kindly assisted in resolving this issue at night. Additionally, accessing TV channels was somewhat complicated. I had stayed at this property about a year ago and had a very positive experience at that time. It seems that some aspects may have changed over time. I hope these points can be considered for future improvements.

It was an excellent and comfortable ten-day stay in a well-equipped hotel apartment with a good kitchen and some cooking utensils, and a very high level of security. Transportation was excellent; the taxi stand and metro station were just minutes from the hotel entrance. The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. They spoke English and were easy to communicate with, readily available to assist with any requests or services we might need. They were friendly and welcoming at any time, 24 hours a day. Room service was excellent, with daily cleaning, changing bed linens and towels every two days, and providing bottled water, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), toilet paper, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way, and if we return to Istanbul, it will be our first choice, and I highly recommend it.

No staff support. Suppose to get breakfast for the duration of the stay because I’m gold member with Expedia and the hotel has VIP Access but we were denied. No hot water.
