Our stay was great, we were there one night the room was almost like a small house, it felt very spacious and almost like home, the hot tube and pool was just great to be able to use. My wife and i would definitely recommend for a nice little get away.

The reason why we chose this property was due to the outdoor heated pool and large suite. Unfortunately the suite was very outdated, bed mattresses were quite old and soft and extremely uncomfortable, as were pillows. Bathrobes were as well stated to be available although our suite did not have any. The one bedroom was extremely close to be highway and impossible to sleep in as the wind from cars passing by would make the walls and windows shake. The garbage area was extremely congested and dirty and there were animals there looking for food when we went up empty our garbage. Bins were overflowing and garbage was piled all over the cement. The pool was by far the main attraction and only positive aspect

There is no on-site staff and sometimes it was a challenge to get through to their Central office. But they did their best to be accommodating and the suite was very nice! No consumables in the kitchen other than salt and pepper, make sure you bring plastic wrap/tin foil/oil/etc if you need that kind of thing. Overall a very good experience, would recommend

Extremely loud neighbors. There is a common area that is shared with many other units and there were several parties going on throughout the night. Most these units, I’m guessing, are rentals so there aren’t any actual residents here. And there isn’t any staff to moderate. Had to ask the teenagers at midnight to please go inside instead of yelling outside of our windows and keeping everyone awake. There were probably 30 of them in the pool and all throughout the common area. Very frustrating. The unit and area is quite nice but it lacks some on-site administration to keep the rowdies and people with no respect in check late at night.

My family and I celebrated Christmas here at Mystic. We stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed it! The place was amazing, close to the downtown, very accessible, and very relaxing. We will definitely come back soon :)

It used to be one of the best in Canmore. Check in instruction were not clear. We we were given a key code for a door but they did not told us that there are two doors and that lock is on garden door not one that is on a parking side of the building. When we entered it unit rigged of odour. Even after keeping all doors and windows open it was still very bad. Had to spray some parfum e in the bedroom to be able to sleep. Carpets were dirty and sofa and arm chair are covered in stains. Horrible. If it was not close to midnight and pandemic i would go somewhere else. Avoid at all cost.

Don’t waste your money — spend a little extra to stay somewhere else! I would’ve thought during a pandemic the place would be clean but it was disgusting. Food stains on table runner, stains all over carpet, not been vacuumed!! We moved two dressers out to plug in lights and there was garbage behind them and empty water bottles. Stains on sofa. Part of trim falling off by staircase. Hair in corner of bathroom — just DIRTY!! Expedia should not have this property listed, I’ve never been so disappointed! And it was a weekend away for our 6th anniversary. I spent an hour with disinfectant wipes and spray Lysol that I purchased at the Save-On just wiping everything down!! Thoroughly pissed off.
