Enjoyed our stay, but that pool bathroom…
We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend the pizza. Room was clean and comfortable and secure was good. We couldn’t get the internet on our tv to work and no one ever showed up to fix it. The pool was fun. This location is smaller than others I’ve been to. Now for the negative…the pool bathroom was pretty gross. Someone carried a leaky swim diaper to the bathroom trash and the poop left droplets all over. There was also smeared feces at the bathroom entrance. I was able to find a wet floor sign and place it over the smeared poop, hopefully preventing others from unknowingly walking in it and smearing it all over the resort. The good news is no one got sick.

Fun getaway for kids
Loved the atmosphere for the kids there! Plenty of things to do with your child with their fun Howl-oween theme. Friendly staff, nice room and busy lobby/waterpark. My son had a blast!

4/10 Fair

Apparently, they now charge for parking, which is ridiculous considering the stay is already so expensive for going there and there’s so many resort fees already so that’s just one more way to gouge the customer. I was extremely annoyed by it, considering there was nothing documented on hotels website nor Wolf Lodge website when I made the reservation and then when I got there, I was given the wrong Wristband and had to go back and wait in line for another 15 minutes just to get the correct bracelets.

This is a great stay for some weekend fun with with kids. It's clean, staff is super helpful and kind, the themeing is great and the waterpark has a lot to offer. The food is good. It is a bit pricey. On a busy weekend the elevators are slow to use.

disappointing
It was disappointing in the end. Check-out time was 11 a.m. One of the housekeeping people came to the room by 10 a.m. and asked us to leave quickly. I thought he came for housekeeping, but he came to tell us to hurry to leave. That was very inappropriate.

4/10 Fair

We paid for a room for two queen beds. And the room was supposed to be able to sleep 6 comfortably. That is not what we got. For our family of 5. We got ONE FULL size (very uncomfortable) bed and a couch that pulled out into a uncomfortable bed. Leaving two kids to have to sleep on the floor. Very over priced and not worth the money. Everything was extra. Parking extra breakfast extra coffee extra.

Our first stay!
I came with my 6 year old grandson, we had a really nice time. It was our first trip here and we will be back. Now that we know the surroundings and all the things we can do we will know better how to plan our days.

We enjoyed our short stay. The children had a Great time with all the activities. Not a fan of the cashless requirement. The dining options are very expensive. Not sure why we have to pay for parking considering the cost of the rooms.
