Terrible. Absolutely no manager response despite
This is the worst Fairfield we have ever been to. Housekeeping removed items out of our room in Early Nov.. We made numerous in-person and phone reports, not one person at Fairfield would even investigate. We requested calls back from managers, never received them or any messages back. Sent emails requesting the monetary value of what was taken, which pictures of the the items I had to replace. You could still call us, but of course you never will. We have voice mail that gets translated into text so that we never miss a message. 5 calls and messages over 3 weeks yielded no response. Would still like a personal response at Lia.Billington@gmail.com, but I bet this is highly unlikely. We will probably never stay at a Fairfield again, although we have been generally pleased in the past. The only person that showed any care or concern was the person at the front desk that took the initial report.. But her guarantees this would be forwarded to a manager were completely ignored by (1) housekeeping (2) asst mgr (3) mgr.
