Un hôtel à éviter. Aucun service. Aucune écoute. Vieillissant. Le petit déjeuner est horrible. Les draps sentent la cigarette... Ils ont la bonne idée de faire tourner les machines pour ménage à plein régime à 07h le matin sous le dôme... Ce qui réveille tout l'hôtel. Chers clients donnez vos dollars et barrez vous dans vos chambres ! Circulez il n'y a vraiment rien à voir !

We love it
It’s a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We like the ambience of the courtyard in the center with natural light and real plants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. It about 0.5hr to Manhattan and 10 minutes to the American Dream mall. There are plenty shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Didn't live to my expectations...
I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. We were disturbed early in the morning by a loud altercation in the hallway, which affected our rest. Additionally, the food served during breakfast was cold, and it seemed that the breakfast area was excessively monitored by staff, which detracted from the overall comfort of the meal. The cleanliness of the room was also a concern. The sheets on the bed appeared unclean, and despite requesting fresh ones, we were instructed to go down to reception to collect them ourselves. Moreover, the bathroom was not adequately cleaned, further contributing to the dissatisfaction with room conditions. On a positive note, I appreciated that the hotel pool provided floaties for young children, but the pool itself was quite small and the pool water was very dirty and cloudy. Given the size of the hotel, the pool is not suitable for the number of guests. The location of the hotel, however, was ideal and convenient, which I found to be its best feature. Overall, I preferred my previous stays when the hotel was operated by Embassy Suites, as the quality of service and comfort were far better then.

Totally Awesome!!!!
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous!!!! I will NEVER!! Stay at a different hotel in NJ ever again. My family loved everything about this hotel. Upon arrival the pleasant aroma hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The front desk staff is very pleasant. The hallways are Immaculate. The room was absolutely beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom room 2 king bed suite. Everything about the room was top notch. The view of the NY skyline was pleasant. The breakfast was superb. When you enter the dining area the staff greets you with a keep sake bag with the hotel logo on it. Everything was fresh and hot. You can choose freshly made to order omelets. A waffle station. Buffet style hot breakfast. A variety of pastries. Fresh fruit. Hot tea, coffee and juices. The pool area is awesome. Very clean equipped with a ladies and men’s room. Swim best for the children. Lounge chairs with towels for each chair. Pool toys for the kids. I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s with every dime. You will not be disappointed.

Avoid..
Breakfast was literally inedible - it contained chicken nuggets and French fries that looked like they had been fried 3 times over.. stale muffins and bagels. Rooms are large but dated and beds are not comfortable.. kids are running around making so much noise at night - I had to open my door past midnight both nights and ask them to stop as I had children sleeping in my room that they woke up. Not bad for price/location BUT plenty of other nicer hotels with normal breakfasts nearby this location - check them out first.

Never again
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My family and I arrived around 11pm, but our stay was quickly disrupted by extremely loud music from the neighboring room. Despite calling the front desk and requesting assistance, the noise continued, and the individuals in the next room became aggressive and threatening, using profanity and intimidation tactics. Given the unsafe environment and the presence of my one-year-old child, we decided to leave. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not offer any reimbursement or meaningful assistance. When I followed up later, I was told that refunds were not possible due to hotel policy. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again and would advise others to exercise caution when considering a booking.

4 nights, 2 room, 2 king bed suite
We spent 4 nights. 2 adults, 2 kids in the 2 room king bed suite, it was great, enough room for everyone, each kid slept on the couch 2 nights and the bed 2 nights and we had the privacy of our own room. The breakfast buffet every morning was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Just WOW, not kidding! The best Hotel in the USA!
This hotel is amazing, clean, beautiful, friendly, afordable and tasty! I kid you not, i believe all of these things. Breakfast is organized by a full team of professionals with options you would never expect. Regular standards, waffles etc but waffle fries, fresh and crispy, an omlet station, a pro making waffles to order, for you! Even, oddly, some international spicy foods to try! I sound like a paid ad, no, im a major mobile laser tag company who comes here for conferences next door. I love this hotel, i face time my family to show them the room. The small room is like a palace! The atrium style center of the hotel is like a movie set! 3 elevators, each with open glass backs, a great gym, great pool, parking garage, 8 luggage carts that dont wobble. Clean clean clean! Carpets so plush! Soft pillows, mattresses, no smells no smokers no pot stink anywhere. I travel all the time, this is my favorite FAVORITE HOTEL in the USA. I plan to take my family here just for vacation someday, just to share it with them. Thats silly thats dumb but wait till you come, youll see! I wished I took pics! I just facetimed so nothing to share here, sorry!
