Welcome to Un-Almada House! A trendy building located in the heart of Porto, just 5 minutes from Porto São Bento station and other attractions in the city! Newly renovated, it’s the perfect mix of modern and classic. This uniquely designed and brightly coloured studio has all the necessities for a great stay in Porto. The spacious layout makes it comfortable for all 4 guests. The living space is fitted with a double bed, a sofa which extends to a double sofa bed and a dining table for 4. There is a TV for guests to enjoy a relaxing evening in as well. The modern tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet, along with a hairdryer for your use. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator will allow you to prepare any meal at home if you don’t plan to go out eating everyday.This home away from home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable! This studio is located on the 3rd floor of a charming, renovated building and is accessible by lift. In case of any emergency we are available 24/7 by phone. Porto is an amazing city to explore by foot, with many attractions within walking distance. There are hundreds of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area - you will never get bored! If you would like to utilize the kitchen, you can grab some groceries at the store down the street. Porto is easily accessible by foot, however if you prefer public transportation, Porto São Bento station is only 5 minutes away! There is als a bus and tram stop just a minute away. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (16:00 on the day). In Almada by GuestReady pets are allowed per request for an extra fee of 25€. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
