The hotel is new, so cleanliness is not an issue. However, there are many other issues to be addressed. The elevators are tiny and very slow. The restaurant's menu left a lot to be desired. I requested a mini fridge for one of my rooms prior to arrival, but it was not provided until I requested it from the front desk the next day. At this point I asked to speak to the GM but he/she was unavailable. But the biggest issue I had was with my bill. My initial deposit was not reflected in the total. I once again asked to speak with the manager, and once again they were unavailable.
I would like to say give a shot out to Orenzo Harrell, a bell person with the hotel. He was kind, helpful, and a true asset to the organization. He is the only reason I gave the overall experience 3 stars instead of 2.
Bottom line...there are so many places to stay in NYC - I wouldn't put this hotel in your top 10 list.
