I was disappointed with my stay. After a long day of traveling, I experienced a disorganized check-in process that added unnecessary stress. When I finally got to my room, it smelled like the previous guests, making me question if the linens were changed. I didn’t feel comfortable addressing it with the front desk (she was awful) again, so I slept on towels. The next morning, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff (new front desk person) defended housekeeping. This experience left me feeling frustrated and never wanting to return. The only positives is parking is plentiful the sweet boys that greet you as you arrive. Do better, Stillwell.
