Bed bugs!
I was in room 119 that wasnt properly cleaned upon arrival, then i tried to move past the few things like food/drink marks left on the table. Then found a eyelash in the bed from the previous visitor along with my bed having bed bugs in the bed. I reported the issue to the night shift manager James who said okay they could move my room. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing in regards to the bed bug issue or the room not being cleaned. Then james provided me with a key to another room we had a king size bed but we had to downgrade to two queen beds do to availability. Walking into the room the room is a mess and bed are taken apart so the room wasnt cleaned from the previous visitor. I go back doen to the front desk to tell James at which he huffs and says i will look at this next room before sending you to it. When speaking with the manager on shift he explaine dthey would offer no comp or refund due to having to downgrade my room for the bug issue. I did ask for a manager on day shifts information to talk to someone about the issue
completely unacceptable the way the matter was handled. I provided pictures of 2 of the bedbugs and second room key that had a mess in the room. Overall would not recommend if youre looking a cleanliness stay.
