Door lock not working

Pleasant overnight stay, but one issue with one of the guest rooms we stayed at that the electronic door lock was not working. It wasn't found out until the next day before checking out. This is unacceptable especially with the issue of security and safety for a supposedly "5-star" hotel.

Great stay but pool is small

Sheraton was a luxurious stay, great views, good food. However, I was quite disappointed with the pool, which was tight. Granted Pool A was closed and being renovated at the time. However, from the looks of it, it’s also a bit small and limited in size. With the sprawling grounds. I expected Sheraton to have allocated more space to nice pools.

Last minute booking made 2 days before arrival. The resort pictures do not do the hotel justice. The hotel is spotless, the staff are a credit to the company. The food choices are varied and always very very good. We booked for 7 days but wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be returning.
