Checking in (2pm)was not very pleasant. The representative was very abrupt almost rude. She didn't have patience about explaining the $100 incidental charge, when I thought it was all prepaid!! When we asked questions she spoke too soft & fast for my sister to understand as she is hard of hearing!! She was not friendly & am surprised she is in customer service!! (When we saw her later the next day on her shift she seemed a little better, but she still hid in the back!!! None of the other staff did that!!
The person during the evening, Sue was totally awesome, very helpful & friendly, gave us some good ideas for dinner & driving the areas. The other lady was good as well taking the time to answer a couple of questions!!
The rooms were great comfortable & large, with a fridge & microwave & sink!!
Overall worth the cost
All a very good breakfast is including including some hot food ☺️
