Great stay in Nashville
Was visiting family in Nashville. I found the location close to almost everything there. Checked in was easier than I expected. I had no problems. The room was very clean and when I come back to Nashville. I will stay here again.

Nice property within an easy walk to downtown. The room could have used a small accent chair and pole lamp, but was otherwise quite nice!

Nashville
My daughter and I were in Nashville, TN for some live music. We had a great trip. Our room was modern, clean, and conveniently located. It was less than a block from the grocery store, liquor store, bars and restaurants. We took an Uber to The Brooklyn Bowl to see The Red Clay Strays, which was less than a mile away, then stopped by Raising Cane's on Broadway for chicken before calling it a night.

Good location but unfortunately a lot of problems with our room. The WiFi almost never worked which was very hard for us as we are from out of the country and had work to get done. To add on to the wifi problem the TV and connection didn’t work either as it was reliant on the internet service. We had to be switched from our room rather abruptly because the room had become infested with ants in the bathroom, main room and kitchen area. We were really hoping to enjoy the property but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment and the worst part of our trip. We are hoping to hear back from someone in charge.

2/10 Poor

I'm glad they gave me the opportunity to respond and i hope this posts. Don't use expedia or this facility if there is any possibility you cant make it. I couldn't make it due to several flight cancellations and neither were able to help. 580 dollars down the drain. They have no interest in customers satisfaction by refunding, rescheduling or anything of the like. They charged me for the full 3 nights with no regard to my situation! I will only use Hilton and Marriott AND book direct! Terrible!

Great place. Like a mini apartment. Bring or take the ear plugs in lobby as you will hear people quite loudly just walking etc if on the main floor. Otherwise super pleasant and an 8 dollar Uber ride toBroadway .

It’s not walking distance to/from downtown Nashville but it’s just a short Uber away. Our room was ready half an hour late which sucks, but we did book it short notice. Parking is a little hard to figure out, you have to pay in 24/48 hour intervals but need to be onsite to pay it as soon as it runs out. The place itself was built stunning and has a full kitchen with everything you need, save money on eating out when traveling!! The bed was super comfy, tvs set up to automatically log you out when you leave. Door code to enter the lobby and your room to prevent random people from coming in.

Front keypad stopped working but I got in touch with a live person for help and was able to enter thru the side. Not a huge issue at all. Besides that’s an excellent stay. I’d 10/10 stay again.

Weekend in Nashville
Easy walk to the action in Nashville. Got to learn the Germantown neighborhood. Room had everything we needed. Only challenge was one entrance that didn't like the access code.
