Train on stairs before you come!!
The hotel is an excellent value and close to all the shopping. The only downfall, and I think that they should make everybody well aware of this is that it is a very steep grade to get to the hotel which most taxi drivers won’t drop you off at their door because it’s a very difficult road to drive up so you’ll have to walk about 15 to 100 yards up to 16% grade and then when you get to the actual hotel, there’s about six flights of stairs that you have to go up. There is not a service elevator so if you have any issues walking or going upstairs, it could be a challenge. I think that they should make that pretty clear because since we’ve been here, we’ve seen a lot of people that would struggle for sure on those stairs.

Getaway for a long weekend
We were on St. Thomas for a downtown wedding. The location was excellent for our purposes. The staff were very good and one issue with our room was addressed promptly. Please note that there are many steps in this property, so it is probably not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Never get hot water

Great stay! Perfect boutique hotel!
We had a fabulous time at The Pink Palm! Staff was so friendly and nice. I really appreciated the text updates throughout our stay! The grounds were very well kept and cute! It was a big buggy so it was so great that there were bug zappers in each room.

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay. Great value for money, stylish chic and cute hotel in town. Kind staff and great service, amazing views, and the negative reviews about the steps are ridiculous! Nothing crazy. Two cons to consider: it is in downtown but downtown isn’t very popping, maybe worth staying in a different area. Breakfast was very very minimal - needs improvement.

Incredible
concierge was incredibly helpful, gracious and personable. Dinner was awesome - the 27oz ribeye was the best steak I’ve had in a while and very reasonably priced. we paid a small fee to checkout late and hung in the pool for an extra day. 10/10 would recommend and will be where we stay next time in STT

There are a lot of stairs but it is worth it! Very thankful for Angel who carried my overpacked bag so I wouldn’t have to. The lobby staff is amazing! They checked in with us earlier in the day to confirm our arrival. Also checked in with us in the evening to make sure we had everything we needed. The view is beautiful! This place is absolutely adorable!

The experience is unique. The rooms are cozy, clean and well maintained. Staff are very good at making you feel at home and assist you with whatever you need. The food in the Barsito Restaurant is also amazing. Food is delicious and the portions are good size. Also the view towards the bay is breathtaking. Only drawback for me was the amount of steps but staff helps you out with the luggage as well.

Pros: beautiful hotel and the included breakfast was delicious. They give us the room before the check in. The room was quite and had an amazing view. Cons: first of all.. wow tooooo many stairs, the employee from the front desk wasn’t very nice or friendly at all. The restaurant schedule in regards of the complementary welcome drink, is very confusing and we weren’t able to get it at all do to the lack of information given on when was the limited time to collect it. Also dinner schedule is ver limited as well as we were going to order something to it at around 8:15 pm and they told us was closed already, even though the supposedly scheduled closing time is 9:00 pm. At dinner, they had menu over the table with specials that when asked for those items they would state that they were from earlier events and were not available to order. It was confusing as they were still placed on the dinner tables as if they were available to order. We were only able to order drinks and were asked to move to the pool area as the tables were “only for the people dinning” which there only were 2 tables throughout the whole time that we were there. The staff were not that welcoming at all.

Will Be Returning!
First, I would love to say thank you to the ENTIRE amazing staff of The Pink Palm! Y’all were absolutely incredible the whole stay for my weekend. The food and drinks were so good. And let’s not forget the view, ohhh my goodness. It may seem that I am exaggerating, but I just ask that you book and find out for yourself. The only negative but positive are the steps. They are a workout but then again it’s a workout…so I hated it but loved it at the same time. The whole being of the hotel made it worth it. When I come back in the future, this will be my forever go-to. Honestly, this has topped any other hotels I’ve stayed in the past. Don’t pass this up, BOOK IT NOW. (:

This is an amazing little oasis on the side of a mountain. Parking is an issue, but this boutique hotel is worth the climb. Cute bar and little restaurant. Nice pool. MOST INCREDIBLE VIEW ON EARTH!
