We were here from Prescott for emergency eye surgery my husband had to have for detached retina. We booked 2 nights originally as we weren’t sure what surgery was going to entail. Needed a third night so I messaged via text with front desk night before and confirmed yes we could add a 3rd night and I could book via their site or 3rd party (hotels.com). Was ensured that once booked to let them
Know and they would pull the reservation and keep us in same room since husband had surgery and couldn’t change rooms. He had to lay facedown for 48 hours no exceptions. Long story short message wasn’t related and there was a big deal with the reservation and getting to be able to keep same room. Front desk particularly in evening hours were not very polite, accommodating or professional. Requested toilet paper and was told “ we have nobody here to bring it up, but it will be at the front desk.” Went down to get it and front desk young lady was leaned over counter on her cell phone, chatting it up with security guard. One single roll of toilet paper was on the front desk and we asked if it was ours since we called. No real response. One single roll, half used. Not new, not clean. Not sure where from.
