Dissatisfied customer
I have been to this hotel several times and was satisfied. The hotel has excellent access to the sea. I was happy with the kitchen. I always had a room with a sea view.
But this time I'm not satisfied.
Although I had paid for a room with a sea view, I did not get it. They gave me a west facing room without a sea view. The room was in bad shape and the front door had to be repaired immediately upon arrival. In the end, they had to change the lock in order for me to get into the room. The room was in a bad condition, broken drawers on the cabinets, broken doors on the wardrobe, old bed, water did not drain from the bathtub, the TV in the room is probably just for decoration...
Three elevators only worked for two days, then one broke down and was shut down during my visit. With a fully occupied hotel it was a problem because I was on the 7th floor and waiting for the elevator for 10 minutes and standing in a 10m line to squeeze into the elevator is humiliating.
The kitchen has deteriorated since my last stay and even though I was all-inclusive I started going to restaurants outside the hotel. I once had a hamburger in a garden restaurant that was cold and undercooked. It gave me an upset stomach the next day.
The hotel has few employees and therefore they do not have time to clean the restaurants.
However, the employees themselves are very nice and willing.
I personally know that I will not come to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to other interested parties.
