The bed was tight and hard, kinda like the skin stretched across a drum. The room’s furnishings looked like they had been found on the side of the road, literally. The room had a kitchenette but table or even a chair to eat what you may have prepared. The jacuzzi didnt work unless you called down to the front desk, but they didnt tell you that or have any signage in the room telling you that so basically, the jacuzzi didnt work. The door to the balcony had slats in it and no weather seal, so ALL of the traffic noise (which started at 5am) came flooding directly into your room. This was the worst hotel room and experience I have ever had. I checked in at around 12:30 at night. I informed the front desk that I found the room unlivable and would be checking out in the morning. I was booked for 4 nights, they refused to refund any of the prepaid nights. So I wound up paying for 4 nights at the Hotel OFIX and got exactly zero minutes of sleep.
