Hotel à proximité du Haram donc très pratique pour les aller retour hôtel/masdjid. Mon séjour s’est correctement déroulé, j’avais 4 lits pour moi seul. Prix raisonnable par rapport à l’emplacement. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Only go if you have your own internet
Avoid this hotel if you are traveling from the west like UK, US etc, the standard is not that great for people who are used to the standards in the western countries. They get majority of their customers through travel agents from developing countries and so have very low standards plus location is great as it is only 5mins walk away from the masjid Nabawi. Therefore they can't be bothered making any improvements. When we arrived, the receptionist wasn't very welcoming. He handed us 2 cards and just expected us to find our way to the room. Had to ask for free wifi 2 times. Upon reaching the room, there was no wifi signal at all and upon asking the neighbouring rooms they all had the same issue. The hotel management refused to offer us a solution and instead made excuses. There was no toilet paper roll, no towels, no water, no internet. Not the worst hotel but definitely not worth the price.

The room had Filthy carpets with burns and dirt ground in The bathroom was disgusting You had to ask for their small toilet roll on a daily basis The safes in the room didn’t work the bottom of the bathroom doors looked like they had mold on them The tv was there just for show The worst of all we’re the reception staff they were so rude and arrogant as they thought we were from a third world country and they could treat and talk to us like trash absolute horrible experience they actually ruined my trip I would never recommend to stay in this unpleasant place to anyone The 2 out of 3 of the reception staff need sacking they’re definitely not right for the job Also they’re not bothered about getting a bad review as I got told by this absolute horrid bloke behind the reception

I wouldn’t stay in this place for free. Underserving of even 1 star. The room was filthy and throughout my 7 day stay, my room was not cleaned once. Had to constantly chase around for basic things like toilet roll to be told ‘we have none today.’ What truly makes this hotel awful is the reception staff. They are extremely unpleasant and rude. I was travelling with my elderly mother and asked for our cases to be brought down upon checkout as she is in a wheelchair. The staff said they would come up and do this but did not. I took 3 trips from the room to lobby bringing all of these down. I mentioned this to the receptionist when I wanted to check out who was extremely rude. I stated that I would leave a review, he made it very clear he did not care & to go leave a review

A convenient stay in Madina
Got Haram view, close to haram gate, easy access, clean the room upon request. Provide basic supplies regularly... towel, soap, in room tea coffee stuff.

No daily housekeeping Asked for additional water and they said that they already gave me two bottles in the morning so can't give more Washroom was very small The kettle was dirty & smelly with some leftovers. Had to clean it myself. Some people checked in around 1:30am and were very loud in the lobby. No one to ask them to be considerate to people sleeping at this time. Will never book this place next time.

Terrible, On a réservé une chambre de 3, à l’accueil le monsieur nous a proposé une chambre de 4 comme surclassement mais la chambre était terriblement. - saleté derrière le lit. - Fenêtre ne se ferme pas bien, bruit extrême. - trou dans le plafond de la salle de bain - Le seul point positif c’est le personnel de l’hôtel qui est sympa.

Does the job. It’s not an expensive hotel and suited to solo travellers or those on a budget. Staff are nice and helpful. Location relative to the Haram is fantastic. There are a couple of markets close by as well.
